I don't know if you have heard, but recently a school in Colorado Springs banned tag, stating that it was causing bullying and violence on the playground. So the school took the only logical solution. They banned tag from being played at recess.
Oh, come on!!! That is such a load of bullcrap. You want to know what the real problem is? Spoiled pansies for kids. The elementary school kids these days are so pathetic I can't believe it. I mean seriously. They can't play tag without someone getting "hurt". Bullcrap.
But the real problem here is the parents. They spoil these kids rotten and give them no leash. If they get a scrape on the knee, the parents react like someone shot their son/daughter with a pump-action shotgun. And get this: 2nd graders play Grand Theft Auto at my little brother's school. Hmm. Maybe that is the reason things get violent on the playground. I wonder.
Anyway, there's my rant for the day. Remember, a rant a day keeps the flamers at bay!
